Order Processing

We do not guarantee specific processing or shipment timeframes.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers (including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers).
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All products are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon our transfer of the order to the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Shipping damage after carrier acceptance
• Delivery errors by third-party carriers
• Weather-related delays
• Customs delays
• Supply chain disruptions
• Events beyond our control (force majeure)
Customers must file any shipping claims directly with the carrier.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If damage is present:
• Note damage with the carrier at delivery
• Retain all packaging
• Take clear photographs
• Contact the carrier promptly
Failure to report damage in a timely manner may result in denial of claims.
Incorrect Address / Refused Shipments
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for:
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Address correction fees
• Returned shipments
• Refused deliveries
Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
International Orders (If Applicable)
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees, and regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for customs delays or seized shipments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virgin Racing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
