By purchasing from Virgin Racing Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Virgin Racing Solutions does not provide any independent warranty on products sold.

All products are sold:

“AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virgin Racing Solutions disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranty of merchantability

• Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

• Warranty of compatibility

• Warranty of non-infringement

2. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

If applicable:

• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

• Virgin Racing Solutions does not administer, extend, or guarantee any manufacturer warranty.

• We are not responsible for manufacturer decisions regarding approval or denial of warranty claims.

3. Performance & Aftermarket Parts Disclaimer

Performance parts, aftermarket components, tuning products, and vehicle modifications:

• May void factory vehicle warranties

• May increase mechanical stress and wear

• May alter emissions compliance

• May be intended for off-road or racing use only

Customers assume all risks associated with installation and use.

Virgin Racing Solutions is not responsible for:

• Engine failure

• Transmission damage

• Drivetrain damage

• ECU failure

• Check engine lights

• Mechanical breakdown

• Emissions violations

• Track or racing incidents

4. Installation Responsibility

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Virgin Racing Solutions is not liable for:

• Improper installation

• Improper tuning

• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

• Misuse or abuse of products

• Modifications made after purchase

Any damage resulting from improper installation voids any applicable manufacturer warranty.

5. Custom Builds & Fabrication Services

Custom builds, fabrication projects, tuning services, and performance modifications provided by Virgin Racing Solutions:

• Are non-refundable

• Carry no performance guarantees unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement

• Are subject to estimated timelines only

We do not guarantee specific horsepower, torque, performance gains, reliability outcomes, or track results unless expressly agreed to in writing.

All deposits for custom builds are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virgin Racing Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of vehicle use

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Diminished vehicle value

• Labor or installation costs

• Towing fees

• Rental vehicle expenses

Virgin Racing Solutions’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
